We're passionate about documentaries at Republica. A passion that sets us above run-of-the-mill video companies as we adapt the values of documentary story telling to the commercial market. But we still take time to persue our first love to keep that flame alive.
This year we've already started production of our first full-length feature documentary called Radio Land. We're following the exploits of a bunch of volunteers running an amazing community radio station called Radio Winchcome. Despite the fact that no-one gets paid, the presenters, engineers and managers all pull together to keep the station running 24/7! Its the perfect example of real community spirit in a small Cotswold town.
We're shooting throughout the summer of 2018 and aim to have the film finished sometime in the autumn for release in the new year.
